The Muscadet “Aigue marine” vineyard benefits from particularly draining soil, predominantly loamy and partially sandy. Its winemaking is “traditional” type. The grapes undergo direct pressing and then ferment at low temperature. The wines are then carefully settled.
Tasting
Beautiful pale color with pretty shiny reflections. The nose appears intense and ripe, exuding aromas of fresh citrus fruits and white flowers which express great finesse. On the palate the whole is both elegant and balanced. We list white-fleshed and exotic fruits, the whole is punctuated by a very unique mineral note. We recommend pairing it with scallops, poultry, sweetbreads with morels.
