Victoria is a relatively small Australian state (nearly 250,000 square kilometers all the same, almost the same area as the American state of Texas), but important on the wine level. Located in the southeast corner of the continent, with a generally fresh climate and influenced by the ocean, Victorian wine is remarkably diverse, producing all kinds of wines and styles under different climates.

Tasting

Black dress with purple reflections. On the nose, this red wine is pleasant and well fruity, it offers notes of violet, black fruits and spices. On the palate, it offers tannins present but controlled. A touch of bitterness highlights its elegance and complexity: liquorice, coffee, cherry, blackcurrant ... A beautiful persistence in the final. It will perfectly accompany lamb chops.
