Victoria is a relatively small Australian state (almost 250,000 square kilometers, almost the same area as the American state of Texas), but important in terms of wine. Located in the southeastern corner of the continent, with a generally cool, ocean-influenced climate, Victorian wine is remarkably diverse, producing all kinds of wines and styles in different climates.

Tasting

Black dress with purple highlights. On the nose, this red wine is pleasant and very fruity, it offers notes of violet, black fruits and spices. On the palate, it offers present but controlled tannins. A touch of bitterness highlights its elegance and complexity: licorice, coffee, cherry, blackcurrant... Beautiful persistence on the finish. It will go perfectly with lamb chops.
