Comment

Since the Middle Ages, the Pessac-LĂ©ognan region has been famous for its wines. The floors made up of serious, pebbles and alluvium, the rumps on strong slopes, are of high wine quality. Colar de Montbelly comes from a rigorous selection of plots within this appellation, located in Saint-MĂ©dard-d'Eyrans. These floors have the distinction of representing the great diversity of Passacais terroirs well and to make it possible to develop a wine of character. Plot fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tank. Breeding 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting

Le Pessac-Léognan par excellence. The dress is brilliant and pronounced with ruby reflections. The bouquet is complex and distinguished, with notes of red fruits and violet, and subtly vanilla. On the palate, the tannins are silky and harmonious on a slightly wooded and persistent fruity finish.
