800 meters above sea level, on the soft hills which were once the bottom of the Mediterranean and under the shelter of the Sierra del Negrete (utiel), a unique landscape is available to the gaze. An environment where pines, green oaks and olive trees join the aromatic notes of thyme, rosemary and fennel which dot the valley and combine to wrap the fruit of vineyards of the Sarrión-Martínez family, the Bobal. A strong grape variety which, resistant to extreme climates and apparently not very fertile limestone soils, cultivated according to natural and pioneer processes in the region, offers a fruit full of shades, elegant and delicate. A grape which is the expression of the soil, the climate, the aromas of the mountains and the proximity of the sea, which together give the wine its unique Mediterranean character.

Tasting

As its name suggests, the hassle is an explosive cuvée, a real bomb of fruit! In Spanish, "the hassle" means a petrol, the final bouquet of a fireworks and this cuvée is the very expression. To share for beautiful moments of conviviality. Cherry red dress, nose of red fruit, mouth with a frank attack and enveloping tannins.
