Comment

The soils are granitic, glacial fluviary alluvium with some terraces of rolled Rhône pebbles or loess. The climate is temperate, with an almost constant wind which blows and dries the air along the Rhône corridor. Vinification begins with a strict selection of the grapes, according to two criteria: maturity and health. The harvest is completely destemmed. Fermentative maceration is carried out using extraction techniques, such as pumping over, punching down and delestage. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting

Limpid ruby ​​red color with purple-brown nuances. Subtle, complex nose, with pleasant aromas of fresh, spicy fruit and slightly toasted notes. Structured palate, with fruity, spicy aromas and elegant tannins.
