Plan of God is so named because, in the Middle Ages, the crossing of this vast garrigue forest filled with looters deserved that his soul will be given to God. Since then, the vine has replaced this forest. This uniform terroir corresponds to the vast alluvial terrace, formed by the Eygues and the Ouvèze. These pebbles are based on blue clay, ensuring lifts of humidity that preserve the growth of the vine during the summer drought. Mediterranean climate with the influence of the Mistral. The harvest comes from the plot of a single winemaker who pays extensive attention to the vineyard. Traditional vinification under temperature control is done by reassembly. It is followed by maceration of up to 3 weeks. Six month old breeding in concrete tank.

Tasting

Deep color red garnet with purple reflections. Complex, solar and gourmet nose, with notes of cooked fruit on mature. Generous, ample and sweet wine, of medium structure. Nice balance of fruity and spicy wines.
