Comment

The vineyard is installed on the terrace with strong slopes. These reliefs are important for sunshine and drainage. The soil is mainly granitic, and the climate is semi continental the harvest is later than in the southern zone. The harvest comes from a severe selection according to maturity and the health state, and is completely culled. Field maceration is done thanks to extraction techniques, such as reassembly, pigeing and load shedding, it is then pressed. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is high 12 months in stainless steel tank.

Tasting

Dressed in a limpid garnet dress with purplish shades. Pleasant, complex nose, subtle to the aromas of blackcurrants and raspberries, nuancing leather and liquorice with age. Harmonious and flexible mouth with beautiful finesse.
