Comment

The vineyard is installed on a terrace with steep slopes. These reliefs are important for sunshine and drainage. The soil is mainly granite, and the climate is semi-continental. The harvest is later than in the southern zone. The harvest comes from a strict selection according to maturity and health status, and is completely destemmed. The fermentation maceration is carried out using extraction techniques, such as pumping over, punching down and delestage, it is then pressed. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting

Dressed in a garnet color, limpid, with purplish shades. Pleasant, complex, subtle nose with aromas of blackcurrant and raspberries, becoming nuanced with leather and liquorice with age. Harmonious and supple palate with beautiful finesse.
