Historically intended for the English market, Bordeaux Clairet is the direct descendant of the famous "French Claret". Traces of this wine go back to the Middle Ages. Very popular, it was appreciated for its lightness and freshness. Technically it is a deep rosé wine obtained by a low maceration of red grape grapes.

Tasting

Her dress is a bright ruby. An intense nose that expresses aromas of strawberries, with nuances of redcurrant or grenadine and sometimes, floral touches such as pink or peony. On the palate, this Clairet is fresh, light, velvety, with a moderate tannic structure. It is an easy to drink wine that is enjoyed young. Ideal for a barbecue. Serve at 11 ° C.
