Tasting
Deep red color with pretty garnet reflections. Open nose, not devoid of finesse, which reveals aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), spices (vanilla, pepper), with nuances of aromatic herbs which bode well with spicy dishes. Beautiful generosity on the palate, with a fruity return which balances the mellow side of the wine very well. Beautiful lingering finish. Drink at 16 to 18°C with a lamb stew with thyme, beef steak with pepper, coq au vin, Provençal beef stew, pot-au-feu.
