Choosing a pyla cabin is choosing a constant and always controlled quality. Nathalie Haussmann has chosen to develop a partnership anchored in time with owners of the South West of France. This partnership gives the range a unique position in the world of brands by offering wines of harvesting, bottled to the property. Pressing on a magnificent vineyard with high environmental value, the highest environmental certification of the State on agricultural holdings in France, Cabane du Pyla is engaged in an approach particularly respectful of the environment. After a rigorous debt, it comes from a vinification at low temperature after a short maceration in inerteed press in order to avoid the risks of oxidation. Nature of the soils: clay-limestone.
