After rigorous settling, it comes from vinification at low temperature after a short maceration in an inerted press to avoid the risk of oxidation. Type of soil: clay-limestone.

Tasting

Beautiful shiny color with green reflections. Note of exotic fruits. Fleshy and silky palate with a hint of tension for a beautiful aromatic length. Pleasant at all times. Will be enjoyed as an aperitif and with grilled fish (monkfish, salmon), shellfish or even hard cheeses.
