Choosing a pyla cabin is choosing a constant and always controlled quality. Nathalie Haussmann has chosen to develop a partnership anchored in time with owners of the South West of France. This partnership gives the range a unique position in the world of brands by offering wines of harvesting, bottled to the property. Pressing on a magnificent vineyard with high environmental value, the highest environmental certification of the State on agricultural holdings in France, Cabane du Pyla is engaged in a particularly respectful approach to the environment. After a rigorous debt, it comes from a vinification at low temperature after a short maceration in inerteed press in order to avoid the risks of oxidation. Alcoholic fermentations are held as long as possible to develop the fruity character of this rosé as much as possible. Nature of the soils: clay-limestone.

Tasting

Beautiful delicate dress of a pale pink. Fruity and fine nose. Mouth fond of all in fruit and freshness. Nice balance for a gourmet wine. Pleasant at any time. Ideal as an aperitif or on fish grills, skewers of chicken marinated with lemon or on Mediterranean cuisine.
