Comment

Chianti is an Italian red wine produced in the region of Chianti in Tuscany and whose history dates back to the 13th century. The emblematic grape variety of the region, the Sangiovese is largely dominant at more than 80%. It is recognized by its accents of tobacco, cherry and spices. It also has a fairly high acidity, which characterizes the wines of this terroir. Flexible and delicious, on a dominant register of red fruits that recalls cherry or cranberry, the Chiantis accompany a simple and varied cuisine marked by tomatoes, for example. Merlot, canaiolo or other native grape varieties can also complete the assembly.

Tasting

Intense red dress with garnet reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit with notes of wood, spices and vanilla. Harmonious, salty, slightly tannic, soft, soft mouth. Will perfectly accompany your meat and cheese dishes.
