The Cellier de la Sainte Baume brings together around sixty cooperators distributed within a radius of 15 kilometers around Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume. Dynamic and anxious to be more and more efficient, cooperators continue to invest in their recent cellar in order to keep it up to date with the latest equipment. The Cellier de la Sainte Baume has a capacity of 44,000 hectoliters. The average production of the cooperative is 20,000 hectos/year. This production consists mainly of rosé representing 85%, 5% white and 10% red.
