Comment

The soft Bergerac ribs are whites with a low concentration of sugar. The seeds are harvested mature and slightly golden, without overmature, there is no noble rot for this type of wine. The harvest is practiced in a single pass in which the healthy and slightly concentrated berries are harvested. After pressing, the juice is cleared to keep a mesh all its finesse. Vinification is treated with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation, around 18 °. This makes it possible to keep the aromas of fruit as much as possible. They appreciate each other in their full youth but take up a remarkable magnitude.

Tasting

Brilliant wine, beautiful straw yellow dress with a green water reflection. Floral aromas that mix with fruits. Well balanced mouth, return to fishing aromas, tip of kiwi, beautiful length. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, on the fish in sauce, on salads and on certain cheeses such as the blue of Causses, or light pastries.
