Tasting

The color appears to be limpid (garnet). The olfactory examination leaves us with a good overall impression. The nose is frank and displays lovely power. It is composed of floral notes (violet) combined with sweet “cherry” notes. The palate is resolutely dense, oscillating between notes of violet and cedar. The finale is not to be outdone, it shows length.
