Château Baby rises on a rocky promontory offering a remarkable view of the Dordogne valley. Its vines flourish on majestic hillsides and benefit from an exceptionally rich and diverse terroir. This unique soil is a harmonious marriage of clays, limestones, silts and serious pink, offering an incomparable complexity and depth to each bottle. This geological diversity gives wine a refined aromatic palette, where each grape variety fully expresses its character, to the delight of lovers of great vintages.

Tasting

deep ruby ​​dress with violence, clear and shiny notes. The nose is frank, evokes very ripe black plum and cherry and then liquorice, touches on the cocoa bean as well as a touch of sweet spices (vanilla and cinnamon). On the palate, the relatively full round attack with a good restitution of the fruity perfumes of the nose. Fruity and reglled finish.
