Comment

Clay-limestone hillsides composed of Fronsadais molasses on fossilized limestone soil. Bordeaux vinification of perfectly ripe grapes, control of the extraction of polyphenols through careful taste control. Aged on fine lees with a carefully measured oxygen ratio.

Tasting

Raspberry color, bright and deep. Fine and ripe nose, reminiscent of Bulgarian rose, blackcurrant compote and roasted walnut. Balanced and round mouth; the flesh is generous and offers the palate a delicate palette of morello cherry, black pepper and cocoa.
