At the foot of the Maures massif, in Vidauban in the Var, Château Cavalier radiates. Its 132 ha vineyard in one piece, naturally delimited by the woods surrounding it is crossed by the rider stream which contributes to the natural irrigation of the vines. The maturation of the grapes is slow thanks to fresh nights, the mists hovering over the vineyard testify to this every morning ... certified Terra Vitis since 2012, Château Cavalier is committed to sustainable development: working methods respectful of man and his environment to better lead the vine and protect life. The assembly of the great grape varieties in the south to which is added the Cabernet-Sauvignon made a real gastronomic rosé as a rider.

Tasting

pale pink dress, raspberry, with bluish reflections. Very complex nose, with an intense first nose with citrus and red fruits notes. The second nose develops floral and spice aromas, all in great finesse. Mouth all in elegance and finesse. Red fruits and citrus fruits are present in the mouth. The floral and mineral aromas then develop. The aromatic and complex finish ensures good tension.
