The Cardarelli brothers, 3rd generation, have never ceased like their parents and grandparents to develop and modernize, in order to improve the quality of wines. Today they continue in this approach, with also a large important thing granted to the ecological aspect and respectful of production, which made it possible to reach the HVE standard (high environmental value). Tasting

This wine immediately seduced by its fruity and lemony nose, evoking freshness and liveliness. From the first sip, his frank attack reveals notes of citrus, bringing a refreshing and energetic touch to the palace. Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes very well with raw vegetables, fish and crustaceans. Service temperature 10 to 12 ° C.
