Installed on his own account since 2000, Laurent Glémet has teamed in 2006 with his father to create a vineyard which he drives today alone: ​​30 ha distributed between the Châteaux Moulin Neuf, in the Blayais, and Chamaille, in the Bourgeais. Temperature control up to 28 ° C. Daily tasting to determine the optimum level of color extraction and tannins.

Tasting

Purple, deep and dense color dress. Powerful and fruity nose in his youth. It will evolve with age towards more vanilla perfumes. A good balance in the mouth between rich tannins and notes of red fruit.
