Established on his own since 2000, Laurent Glémet joined forces in 2006 with his father to create a vineyard that he now manages alone: ​​30 hectares divided between the Moulin Neuf castles, in Blayais, and Chamaille, in Bourgeais. . Temperature control up to 28°C. Daily tasting to determine the optimum level of color and tannin extraction.

Tasting

Purple color, deep and dense. Powerful and fruity nose in its youth. It will evolve with age towards more vanilla scents. A good balance on the palate between rich tannins and notes of red fruits.
