The Latrille Bonnin domains has been above all a family story for 6 generation. Since 1830, they have extended to the municipalities of Langon and Mazéres in the south east of Bordeaux under the Graves name. To date, Christophe Bonnin perpetuates the family tradition and manages the 50 hectares of Latrille Bonnin vineyards with his younger sister, Marie-Céline Vuaillat Bonnin and his wife, Marie-Noelle Bonnin. They treat hand in hand in order to enrich the Latrille Bonnin domains of oenological progress, new vinification techniques, constantly looking for the best quality in the development of their high -value certified wines (HVE3). Their common desire is to give the Latrille domains a reputation and thus make the family history last.

Tasting

The Chanteloiseau castle is a dense, fleshy and ample wines that delivers multiple flavor (red fruits, blackcurrant, wood fruit). In accordance with the nose the tannins are fine and powerful. Very well accompanies games or hair cheeses strong.
