Comment

The chateau sewn La Grangeotte is located in Ladaux, rural commune of L’Entre-deux-Mers. The gold medal received at the Antwerp International Exhibition in 1930 illustrates the history of this vintage, which was known as one of the best in the Bordellais before the Second World War. The three generations that have followed one another since preserve the clay-limestone soil of the vine. Joel COURSTAUT works there with work and mastery, by practicing reasoned agriculture since 2000, respectful of nature and consumer. He applies to his wine the quality of the raw material with the mastery of vineyard processes to vinification, while respecting the environment and ensuring traceability and food security.

Tasting

has the eye, the castle sewn the barn has a beautiful purple color dress. Its nose is complex with red fruit scents (strawberries, blackberries). On the palate, this harmonious wine offers a round attack. Over the course of tasting appears a fleshy sensation, with coated tannins and aromas of persistent fruit.
