Comment

Château d'Arcins is today one of the oldest areas in Haut-Médoc, established by the Templar Order in the 14th century. The legend seems to attribute the origin of the Arcin name to the presence in these places of an Ars knight at the time when the town housed a commandery of the order of Malta in 1300. In the image of the great classified crus of the Médoc, the vineyard benefits from a plantation of 9,600 feet/hectare and two large complementary terroirs (Graves and Lugilo limestone).

Tasting

The style of the Arcins Castle is all tasty curves. On the nose, we like to discover concentrated aromas of red fruits, spices nuanced by orange bark scents. The flavors are harmoniously associated giving way to a busty body, then warm and finally structured. This beautiful magnitude wine fits perfectly with its Medocan terroir.
