Château de l'Aumérade belongs to Domaines Fabre, which represents the largest family vineyard in the Var. Château de l'Aumérade covers 350 hectares of vines in one piece, including 80 hectares classified as Cru Classé since 1955. Located between the plain of Pierrefeu-du-Var and the Massif des Maures, this land with clay-limestone terroir benefits of the benefits of the winds of the Mediterranean Sea. Tasting

Pale pink color with a hint of violin. The nose is flattering and frank, with notes of fresh almond. The palate is dominated by fruity aromas, a beautiful aromatic intensity and a nice balance. The finish is slightly tangy, which makes it a very pleasant rosé, to drink throughout the meal.
