Comment

In 1995, Jean-Claude Rouzaud discovered Château de Pez and his long history. Created in 1452, it was notably for two centuries the property of Pontac, owners of Château Haut-Brion and pioneers of large terroirs. Pez's terroir precisely, one piece, is remarkable. The location is ideal and the castle charming. Jean-Claude Rouzaud's decision is made by tasting the incredible collection of castle vintages. Very round, fine, elegant ... This is how Château de Pez incorporates "Roederer Collection". Today, Maison Roederer belongs to her son, Frédéric Rouzaud. With self -denial, humility and passion, the vineyard is replanted and the property endowed with assets to assert the style of Château de Pez wines.

Tasting

The dress is dark with a beautiful nose of leather. The mouth is long, dense and velve, beautiful aromas of spices, liquorice, black fruits, ripe and juicy strawberry. Nice length, superb liquorice finish.
