Comment

The Lumeau vineyards are among the largest properties in Sauveterrois. From 45 hectares in the 1980s, today there are more than 120, mostly distributed around the family home, in Sauveterre de Guyenne. The clay-limestone soil typical of the region is home to the classic grape varieties of red and rosé Bordeaux wines: mainly Merlot, then Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. For white wines from the Entre-deux-Mers appellation, we find Sauvignon and Sémillon in equal parts. Some vines can reach 50 years, thus offering very high quality harvests.

Tasting

Draped in an elegant purple color with purple highlights, this cuvée gives us delicate scents of jammy strawberries. On the palate, the freshness of its body is carried by supple tannins which leave a delicious finish on the blackberry coulis. To be enjoyed without delay.
