Château Donis was taken over in 2005 by a young owner, Vincent Mercier (48 years old) from Corrèze and adopted in Bordeaux during his viticulture studies. If, at first, he passes through the cooperative cellar network, in 2013, he decided to stand on his own feet. Already involved in organic and convinced of the real interest, from his first post as a chai worker in an organic conversion property, he did not hesitate a second to obtain certification for his property. Tasting

Beautiful deep red dress. The nose is marked by red fruits and plum. We feel a certain concentration in the mouth, certainly brought by the Malbec grape variety, but the fruit always present rebalances everything. Beautiful aromatic persistence in the final.
