Comment

Founded in 1938 by Christian Labat, this family domain has a rating 48 ha vineyard, including 23 ha in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, its cradle, supplemented by vineyards in the Graves (Ch. Dorléac), on the other bank of the Garonne. The whole has been driven since 2000 by Virginie Barbe, granddaughter of the founder.

Tasting

It is a powerful wine, intense abec of aromas of honey and dried fruits and a beautiful shiny dress with a straw yellow color. On the palate, it is well balanced, with a very round attack and many aromas. At the palace, we find the authenticity of the mature, concentrated sweetness, with an exceptional smoothness and elegance that testify to quality work. Fresh, but not frozen, on fatty livers, galantines, white meats and certain cheeses.
