Ideally located on beautiful Garonne gravel lands, the Cru Classé de Margaux has 100 hectares of vineyard: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, with a complement of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Run by the Albada Jelgersma family since 1995, the estate continues its quest for excellence thanks to the dynamism of Alexander van Beek.

Tasting

Château Giscours reveals itself under a pretty garnet. This wine with a discreet nose reveals notes of undergrowth and red fruits. We also find these aromas of blackcurrant and cherry on the palate. This is balanced, with interesting potential, with good hold and characterful tannins.
