12 months in French oak barrels. The Haut Peyroutas property extends over about 10 hectares. It is located in Dordogne on a sandy plain which welcomes the main grape varieties of Saint-Emilion: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The story of this castle is family. The vines have belonged to the Labécot family for more than 4 generations. It is the descendants of André Labécot who work at the castle currently.

Tasting

Beautiful intense purple dress. The nose suggests red fruit scents with a vanilla note. On the palate, the red fruits are present from the first sip. The tannins are flexible and silky, the finish seems to be part of a certain intensity.
