Comment

Originally, a small family vineyard founded by the Bouron family in 1964 where cereals and animals were cultivated and raised in an organic and friendly spirit. Today composed of 32 hectares of vines between the Garonne and the Dordogne, seated on clay-limestone soils, the vineyard offers burgundy with fruity temperaments. Respect for nature and its rhythms are essential. The patience and valuation of know-how, all the ingredients are united to offer Bordeaux appellation wines of high qualities controlled and certified by the Ecocert organization, the wines "Château Chavrignac" thus display the AB logo and can take advantage of the mention "organic wine". Château Jarr, as a pioneer, also respects the biological culture since 1964 and adheres to the FNIVAB vinification specifications.

Tasting

Brilliant pale yellow dress followed by a discreet nose opening after ventilation on white fruits and white flowers. The mouth is light, fresh, flexible, pure, where the fruit is highlighted. The whole is well balanced. We will appreciate it on a fish.
