Built in the 17th century, the Château l'Enclos is certainly one of the most beautiful of its appellation, representative of the richness and elegance of the historical and cultural heritage of the region. The building was built in the center of the property, surrounded by 7 hectares are around the castle and 16 others on the surrounding hillsides and heights, on soils from Castillon, hard, magnesians, with very good quality clays and passages rich in oxidized iron. The topography of the whole is well marked with good drainage of water. These hot and well -sanitary floors allow a great aromatic richness of wines and a quality harvest. The vineyard is conducted in a reasoned way to organic culture orientation. Triple A, the most famous wine in the field, refers to the notes attributed in the world of finance, a nod to the profession of the previous owner who created this brand and deposited it to the INPI. The three A means assembly, authentic, ad’hoc. Breeding made in French oak barrels, 50% of which are in new barrels.

Tasting

Very dark dress, sustained garnet, very intense. Intense and very elegant nose, developing a quality aromatic complexity (smoke, Toffee, etc.) revealing the power of the fruit. Gourmet attack on the palate, of a beautiful succor, evolving on a balanced and powerful tannic amplitude, marked by its dynamic and its original tactile character. The finish stretches lengthwise with a return of fruit.
