Comment

The Bruno Saintout Vineyards, family property for more than three centuries, include three distinct estates: the Cartujac estate in Saint-Laurent-Médoc, the Château du Perier in Saint-Christoly-Médoc, and the Château de la Bridane in Saint-Julien -Beychevelle. The latter is made up of 15 hectares of gravel to the west of the appellation overlooking the estuary and the neighboring Grands Crus Classés. It takes its name from that of the priest of Reignac (former name of the village of Saint-Julien) during the French Revolution. In 2020, 75% of Bruno Saintout Vineyards are certified by an environmental approach (Qualenvi, HVE), with a target of 100%.

Tasting

Ruby color. Vanilla and spicy nose with floral notes. Well structured body, very soft tannins, dry, high acidity. Excellent balance. Dark berries on the palate with a nice finish.
