Family property located in the town of Laruscade, on the eastern edge of the Blayais vineyard, belonging to the Donis family for three generations, where the great-grandfather of Nathaniel Donis cultivated apple trees in addition to vines. Nathaniel and Marie-France Donis cultivate 11 hectares of vines on clay-limestone soils, and produce their wine within the Alliance Bourg cooperative.

Tasting

Pretty garnet color with brilliant reflections. Expressive nose of small ripe red fruits. Fresh and fruity attack, well-structured palate with elegant tannins. Well-balanced finish with good length. It goes well with cold meats, grilled and sauced red and white meats, grilled fish, soft cheeses and desserts. Serve between 16° and 18°C.
