It is from the left bank of the Gironde, on a ridge of gravel that Château Sipian extends its 34 hectares. Cru Bourgeois in 1932, it was nevertheless following colossal work by the Mehaye family, artisans during the week and winegrowers at the weekend, that the castle was reborn from its ashes. Meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar throughout the year. Work that goes hand in hand with this family's desire to make Château Sipian the Quintessence of Médoc wines.

Tasting

Fine and Provençal pink color. The nose is reminiscent of black tea, combined with fresh herbs. It is well structured on the palate and offers a lingering and vibrant finish.
