Comment

It is from the left bank of the Gironde, on a rump of bass that the Château Sipian extends its 34 hectares. Cru bourgeois in 1932, it was however following a colossal work of the Mehaye family, craftsmen during the week and winegrowers on weekends, that the castle is reborn from its ashes. Meticulous work in the vineyard as in the cellar throughout the year. Work that goes hand in hand with the will of this family to make the Sipian castle the quintessence of the Médoc wines. Thanks to a rigorous selection, the property of Château Sipian markets its second wine under the label The big cedars of Château Sipian. 40,000 bottles are produced annually. This tender, flexible and fruity wine, from young vines, is ready to drink as soon as it is bottled.
