It is from the left bank of the Gironde, on a ridge of gravel that Château Sipian extends its 34 hectares. Cru Bourgeois in 1932, it was nevertheless following colossal work by the Mehaye family, artisans during the week and winegrowers at the weekend, that the castle was reborn from its ashes. Meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar throughout the year. Work that goes hand in hand with this family's desire to make Château Sipian the Quintessence of Médoc wines. Thanks to rigorous selection, the Château Sipian property markets its second wine under the label Les Grands Cèdres du Château Sipian. 40,000 bottles are produced annually. This tender, supple and fruity wine, made from young vines, is ready to drink as soon as it is bottled.

Tasting

Brilliant color of a beautiful ruby ​​color. On the nose this wine gives off notes of red fruits, it is spicy, toasted, a little licorice. On the palate it offers a nice structure and notes of red fruits, it is fresh, spicy, slightly peppery and toasted.
