Comment

Château Tertre de Pezelin is a very old family property which, before the revolution, belonged to the De Mondenard family, officers of the Duke of Epernon, and subsequently to several notable families in the region. It has been owned for almost fifty years by the descendants of a family of winegrowers who, since around 1870, have lived in Monprimblanc. The family has always maintained a taste for nature and animals that can still be seen wandering in the fields and around the vineyards. Brigitte and Dominique Daumec produce and harvest the château's popular wines, and are the sixth generation of Daumecs, who through their will and diligence have managed to develop a family structure while remaining entirely independent.

Tasting

From Sémillon, this wine bears the mark of the grape variety in its fruity bouquet. Straw yellow in color, it releases floral notes, dried fruits (apricots, peaches), traces of honey and a citrus zest. Fresh on the palate, round, very sweet, with a small mineral and tangy final note. Ideal for aperitifs but also with foie gras and strong cheeses. Serve between 8 and 10°C.
