For 3 generations, the Bosser family has worked with passion to produce one of the most famous Breton artisanal ciders in the territory. Located in Pouldreuzic in the heart of the country Bigouden, the artisanal Kerné ciderie is the oldest in Finistère. Resumption in 2009 by the grandchildren of the founder, Claude, Gérard and Anne Bosser, La Ciderrie Kerné employs around twenty people. While retaining its human size, ciderie innovates by regularly offering new apple drinks.

Tasting

The "Kerné" is an artisanal cider of character with intense and generous aromas, the fruit of a subtle balance. Its effervescence provides a gentle feeling of sparkle and reveals all its fruity flavors. Ideal for accompanying a meal made from fish or crustaceans, or as an accompaniment to buckwheat pancakes.
