Barcelona Cava has been produced since the 19th century on the lands of Freixeneda, the “Ash Grove”, a large family property, bathed in sunshine and bordered by ash and oak trees. Cava can be enjoyed in the shade of the trees, while having lunch with friends, or during the hot, long summer evenings. A unique bubble is born. And a name: Freixenet. This is the start of success. Barcelona Cava is quickly exported all over the world. And the traditional family business gives birth to the 1st World Group producing sparkling wine.

Bright pale yellow color, with a fine and persistent bubble. On the nose, intense and fruity aromas. Fresh and light on the palate with an elegant length.
