Comment

Just an hour south of Barcelona lie the sheltered valleys and rolling hills of the picturesque Penedes region, one of Spain's most famous wine regions, along with Rioja and Priorat, and the largest producer world of Cava, the Spanish version of French champagne. Viticulture has been practiced in these lands since the arrival of the Phoenicians, and the fertile soils and warm climate mean that a large part of the Penedes is devoted to growing the fruits of Dionysus: amidst picturesque villages, rural churches and hedges extend from numerous vineyards where the Macabeo, Parellada, new.

Tasting

Herbal citrus aromas sit comfortably on a soft, non-aggressive bouquet. The lemony palate is not too fizzy, while the lime and tangerine flavors finish smoothly, with a pleasant, refreshing acidity.
