Welcome to board for a trip to the Atlantic coast! This rosé wine is like a ray of sunshine that pierces through the clouds, a companion full of good humor for all the moments of life. A nomadic wine by nature. The clusters are harvested early in the morning to keep all the freshness of the berries. Then follows a direct pressing; The clusters are pressed directly without prior maceration. The pressing is then very slow and the skins have time to give a slight color, finely pink, with juice. We then proceed to the debt, which consists in decaning the grape juice before the departure in fermentation. The wine then ferments in tank at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

Tasting

Pale pink dress with slightly bluish reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) underlined by subtle notes of citrus. Well balanced mouth with a fresh and crunchy attack. To be enjoyed between 8 and 10 ° C. On the Atlantic side will be ideal as an aperitif, with a cold cut, tapas, grills, summer salad, spicy dishes with Asian flavors or with sushi.
