Tasting

The dress is golden yellow with bright reflections, animated by a fine bubble and a smooth foam. The nose reveals generous aromas of ripe fruit, fishing and apricot, accompanied by notes of honey and white flowers. On the palate, the effervescence is soft and enveloping, supported by a beautiful roundness and a slight succor balanced by a touch of freshness. The finish is greedy and fruity, leaving a pleasant feeling of sweetness. Serve between 6 and 8 degrees.
