Comment

The grapes of this typical moscato come from vineyards from the province of Asti, between Canelli, Nizza and Assa. In accordance with tradition, after harvest at the beginning of September, the must is drained and cooled, followed by conservation in steel tanks located in cold rooms and partial referment at low temperature. The low alcohol content and the resulting sugar content characterize this wine, which has this unique aroma recognized worldwide. The slight effervescence associated with an extraordinary sweetness make it a product of incomparable conviviality.

Tasting

Straw yellow color. The aromatic bouquet is typical of muscat, fruity, recalling acacia, apple and white fishing. Ample, soft and pleasant mouth. Ideal as an aperitif, accompanies all kinds of desserts. Its sweetness and its drinkability make it a wine appreciated by all.
