The choice of the name "Otto Bucce" (Huits Pelures) aims to underline the singularity of this product. Indeed, eight types of grapes are gathered in the assembly: Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Bonarda and Albarossa, emblems of the Piedmontese wine scene, and the Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon international grape varieties, which contribute to the roundness and the structure of this innovative wine. This product was created to promote the philosophy of production of DEZZANI, which has always oscillated between tradition and innovation, by targeting an increasingly international audience. The result is a very balanced wine where each grape is expressed in harmony with others. Traditional vinification and assembly technique. The wine then spends 12 months in the large traditional barrel and ends its aging in French barrel.

Tasting

The dress is of intense ruby ​​red with brilliant purple reflections. The bouquet is ample and harmonious, with pleasant and delicate notes of red fruits, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with a pleasant vinous taste. Exceptional with outdoor, cold meats and various meats. Ideal for light entrances and simmered meats.
