Comment

The choice of the name “Otto Bucce” (eight peels) aims to underline the singularity of this product. In fact, eight types of grapes are brought together in the blend: Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Bonarda and Albarossa, emblems of the Piedmontese wine scene, and the international grape varieties Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, which contribute to the roundness and structure of this wine with an innovative character. This product was created to promote Dezzani's production philosophy, which has always oscillated between tradition and innovation, targeting an increasingly international audience. The result is a very balanced wine where each grape expresses itself in harmony with the others. Traditional winemaking and blending technique. The wine then spends 12 months in the large traditional barrel and finishes aging in French barrels.

Tasting

The color is an intense ruby red with brilliant purple reflections. The bouquet is ample and harmonious, with pleasant and delicate notes of red fruits, vanilla and spices. On the palate it is balanced and elegant, with a pleasant vinous taste. Exceptional with appetizers, charcuterie and various meats. Ideal for light starters and slow-cooked meats.
