Comment

This family domain founded in 1903 by their grandfather has been led since 1977 by the Brothers Borgeot, Pascal and Laurent. In 2007, they decided to start from scratch and spent two years modernizing their installation by equipping it with a new thermo-regulated tank and two pneumatic presses. The vines of the estate are scattered over 20 ha, on the borders of Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or.

Tasting

The dress is as clear as a ruby, the nose has the characteristics of a delicate black pinot. The mouth is fluid and fresh, while the fruity flavors are crunchy and delicious. The final taste has an interesting acidity with typical earthy flavors.
