Comment

This family estate founded in 1903 by their grandfather has been run since 1977 by the Borgeot brothers, Pascal and Laurent. In 2007, they decided to start from scratch and spent two years modernizing their installation by equipping it with a new temperature-controlled tank and two pneumatic presses. The estate's vines are spread over 20 ha, on the borders of Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or.

Tasting

The color is as clear as a ruby, the nose has the characteristics of a delicate Pinot noir. The palate is fluid and fresh, while the fruity flavors are crunchy and delicious. The final taste presents an interesting acidity with typical earthy flavors.
