Nestled on the heights of the village of Montagnac, a few kilometers from the historic city of Pézenas, the Domaine de la Clapière is ideally located. On the sea side, the Mediterranean coast of the Gulf of the Lion and the famous pond of Thau, on the land side, the villages of Saint-Gilhem-le-Désert or Loupian and their Roman vestiges. In the middle of 63 hectares of vineyards, wheat, olive trees and forests, a warm house whose luminous stones contrast with the park of green trees around it ... Tasting

Shiny straw yellow dress, original nose of white peaches, star anise, point of gray pepper, notes of buttered bread, good balance on a full-bodied wine, wrapped, character that extends the nose with a touch of citrus. Fairly nervous and tense finish.
