Nestled on the heights of the village of Montagnac, a few kilometers from the historic city of Pézenas, the Domaine de la Clapière is ideally located. On the sea side, the Mediterranean coast of the Gulf of the Lion and the famous pond of Thau, on the land side, the villages of Saint-Gilhem-le-Désert or Loupian and their Roman vestiges. In the middle of 63 hectares of vineyards, wheat, olive trees and forests, a warm house whose luminous stones contrast with the park of green trees around it ... Bathed in peace, this serene setting is conducive to rest as well as to find itself. The estate is like his wines, imbued with the Mediterranean charm, he breathes the sweetness of life and affirms a subtle elegance and without ostentation. Tasting

Dark garnet dress brick reflections, typical nose, open of candied fruit, cocoa, liquorice, point of cumin, sweet spices, good balance, full-bodied and fairly vinous, nice very signed character, ripe tannins, already quite flexible, beautiful finish on notes of candied fruit and gingerbread.
