Family domain for several generations located in the heart of Sancerrois, in the small Vigneron village of Bué. The cultivation of vines is very reasoned with a biological tendency in order to respect plants and terroirs. The wines come from different types of soil on renowned localities in the village in order to promote a varied panel of terroirs such as "clots", limestones and clay-limestone (marls kimmeridgen).

Tasting

Pretty light yellow dress. Nose in finesse, evokes a basket of ripe fruit mixed with mineral notes of rifle. Dense and crunchy mouth, centered on pear flavors, the mouth appears particularly fulfilled. Is accompanied with seafood, fish or simply as an aperitif. Serve between 10 and 12 ° C.
