Comment

Family estate for several generations located in the heart of Sancerre, in the small wine-growing village of Bué. The cultivation of the vines there is very reasoned with an organic tendency in order to respect the plants and the terroirs. The wines come from different types of soil in renowned localities in the village in order to promote a varied range of terroirs such as "caillotes", limestone and clay-limestone (Kimmeridgian marl).

Tasting

Pretty light yellow dress. Very delicate nose, reminiscent of a basket of ripe fruits mixed with mineral notes of flint. Dense and crunchy on the palate, centered on flavors of pear, the palate appears particularly blossomed. Pair with seafood, fish or simply as an aperitif. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
