Comment

Located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, this five-centuries old domain has belonged to the Millet-Oillon family for six generations. 60 hectares are cultivated in polyculture, including 30 hectares of vines grown in organic, according to craft and environmentally friendly methods. The new generation of producers pushes environmental commitment even further with the establishment of recyclable and recorded bottles. To this must be added the refusal of ease and the desire never satisfied to always do better. The qualitative strategy of the Millet-Ordon family is summarized in its motto "without concession, or sharing, the quality above all".

Tasting

Yellow gold color, radiant, golden reflections. Elegant, expressive nose, aromas of lemon, vanilla, acacia, citrus and exotic fruits. Fruity, intense, subtle notes of white flowers and citrus flowers, very balanced acidity.
