Located in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, this five-centuries old domain has belonged to the Millet-Oillon family for six generations. 60 hectares are cultivated in polyculture, including 30 hectares of vines grown in organic, according to craft and environmentally friendly methods. The new generation of producers pushes environmental commitment even further with the establishment of recyclable and recorded bottles. To this must be added the refusal of ease and the desire never satisfied to always do better. The qualitative strategy of the Millet-Ordon family is summarized in its motto "without concession, or sharing, the quality above all".

Tasting

Intense ruby ​​color. Wooded nose, fruity, subtle aromas of black fruits, aromas of red fruits, aromas of vanilla, subtle aromas of toast. Aromatic, generous, round mouth, notes of red fruits, light notes of vanilla, elegant and fleshy tannins, flexible, structured body, good intensity, long persistence.
