Located in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers, this five-century-old estate has belonged to the Millet-Onillon family for six generations. 60 hectares are cultivated in polyculture, including 30 hectares of vines grown organically, using artisanal and environmentally friendly methods. The new generation of producers is pushing their environmental commitment even further with the introduction of recyclable and returnable bottles. To this must be added the refusal of the easy way and the never-satisfied desire to always do better. The quality strategy of the Millet-Onillon family is summed up in its motto “without concession, without sharing, quality above all”.

Tasting

Intense ruby ​​color. Woody, fruity nose, subtle aromas of black fruits, aromas of red fruits, aromas of vanilla, subtle aromas of toast. Aromatic, generous, round mouth, notes of red fruits, light notes of vanilla, elegant and fleshy tannins, supple, structured body, good intensity, long length.
